The Masters of Creativity program is divided into eight hour-long modules, each led by a professional at the top of their game. The participants are then split into four member multi-discipline groups alongside a mentor and asked to answer a real-life brief set by a global brand, before presenting their response on the final day to the client.
This years’ brief was set by Mondelez International who asked the participants to convince EU adult consumers that Oreo cookies are not just for kids.

Nordeus’ Marketing Art Lead Darko Andonov was a member of the winning team – Cookie Monsters, together with Tatiana Vavrova (Red Bull), Boyd Hicklin (Gemba) and Ugo Martinez (Bleublancrouge). The team received a trophy onstage during the Cannes Lions Awards Show.
The purpose of the program is to help creatives step up into a senior management role, which requires a well-rounded yet comprehensive knowledge of every area within creative communications, as well as the ability to develop and lead an effective team.
