WHAT IS NORDEUS EARLY TALENT PROGRAM?
Curious about a career in gaming? Nordeus Early Talent brings together a range of programs and opportunities designed to help you explore careers in engineering, design, art, and beyond. Gain hands-on experience, learn from industry professionals, develop your skills, and prepare for your first career opportunities. Take a look at how you can get involved.
MENTORSHIP
Nordeus Mentorship Program is an 8-week program designed to help students kick-start their careers through group mentorship, hands-on learning, and expert-led workshops.
Whether you’re already set on a career direction or still exploring your options, the Nordeus Mentorship Program gives you the opportunity to dive deeper into a field that interests you and learn from professionals who do it every day.

INTERNSHIP
We believe your first career experience should be more than just observing from the sidelines. As a Nordeus intern, you’ll work on real projects, collaborate with experienced teammates, and contribute to games enjoyed by millions of players worldwide – all with the guidance of a dedicated mentor.

NORDEUS CHALLENGE
Nordeus Challenge is an annual competition that gives students a glimpse into careers in gaming through hands-on, real-world tasks. By tackling challenges inspired by different roles at Nordeus, participants step into the shoes of industry professionals and experience what their day-to-day work is all about.
We usually open it around the Job Fair, so stay tuned!
GAME JAMS & HACKATHONS
The best way to get into gaming? Make a game yourself.
Through Game Jams and hackathons, organized with our partners and independently, you’ll team up, build a game from scratch, and turn ideas into playable experiences in a day or two.

OFFICE VISITS
Together with our partners and partner faculties, we organize visits to Nordeus to give students a closer look at life inside a gaming company. During these visits, you’ll hear from our team about different career paths in gaming and get a tour of our office.

We do not require previous experience; all we are looking for is someone who takes initiative and is proactive in pursuing their passion, whether it's through work or academics.
