We are powering up our producer team and looking for amazing people who will support our game and engine teams.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Manage complex projects from concept to completion, drive timely decision-making and make sure they are at an intended quality
• Develop and maintain delivery plans with milestones, while keeping all stakeholders on board with project status, risks, and opportunities
• Anticipate risks early on, and make mitigation plans
• Collaborate with discipline leads (e.g., Game Design, Art, Development, QA and Marketing) and fellow producers to optimize ways of working, in order to be effective and efficient
• Make things happen despite roadblocks, coordinate and prioritize work, bring focus and clarity

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• Great understanding of technical concepts 
• 3+ years of experience managing complex IT projects, in production or other role - which helped you understand the production cycle inside out
• Well-versed in production methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc)
• Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project, Miro, or equivalent
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving and leadership skills (ability to navigate between low-level to high-level details)
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English

 

BONUS POINTS:

• Certified in Agile methodologies
• Proven experience in making and launching mobile games, with a deep understanding of the business side, and a genuine passion for playing games
• A profound understanding of the world of football
• Experience in leading collaborative workshops
