You’ll create a candidate experience that sets us apart, ensuring people remember Nordeus as a place that values them from day one, while at the same time guiding the teams across Nordeus through the process of finding the perfect teammate. This role will give you the chance to shape how hiring is done at Nordeus, experiment with new ideas, and develop expertise across both creative and technical talent markets.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the right talent for our teams
- Provide an amazing candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process
- Experiment with creative sourcing and recruitment strategies to solve complex hiring challenges
- Design and refine structured interview processes, including defining competencies and question sets
- Partner with the Employer Branding team to amplify our message and attract diverse talent, and the HR team to understand the organization's hiring needs
- Source and engage technical and creative talent (engineering, art, UX, game design)
- Create and conduct different learning and development presentations focused on talent assessment and networking
- Work on hiring analytics and quantitative and qualitative post-hiring data
- Work with hiring managers on creating an engaging and practical job descriptions
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
- You’ll collaborate closely with the TA team, Hiring Managers, HR Team, and Employer Branding, while partnering with teams across the studio to bring in top talent
WE ARE A MATCH, IF YOU
- Have 3+ years of experience hiring for technical and/or creative roles at different levels
- Have experience sourcing for hard-to-fill roles and building strong talent pipelines
- Are fluent in English (written and spoken)
