WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Drive organic growth by setting and executing strategies to grow our player base
- Develop long-term marketing plans by crafting strategies for campaigns that engage players
- Shape our brand identity by defining and managing our brand across new and existing games
- Know our players! Deeply understand our audience and how our games benefit them
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product teams to launch and sustain successful games
- Ensure a unified product vision by partnering with PMs to make features both engaging and marketable
- Craft messaging that resonates and translate features into player benefits
- Track key metrics, monitor game performance, and report on KPIs
- Use market insights to stay ahead of trends and position our games strategically
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within mobile games. Your knowledge extends to go-to-market strategies for live games, and you have successfully launched new products in the past
- You're into gaming and sports and it's not just a job for you - you enjoy watching sport playing video games. Bonus points if you're a fan of both!
- You excel at crafting marketing strategies that align with broader business goals
- You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally while also driving initiatives forward
- Your exceptional verbal and written communication are your superpower. Strong storytelling skills are essential for both internal alignment and external messaging
- You're the kind of person who thrives on having a well-thought-out plan. You are organized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- You are aware of the ever-evolving marketing and gaming landscape and are quick to pivot based on trends, player insights, and performance metrics
- You understand what engages players and can develop creative marketing campaigns that truly resonate
- You take initiative, navigate roadblocks, and bring clarity to complex situations
- You’re focused on driving measurable impact - whether it's boosting engagement, increasing in-game conversions, or elevating brand awareness
