We’ve recently expanded our portfolio with a new title - Top Goal. Now, we’re looking for a Junior QA Software Engineer to join us in delivering the best football experience to millions of players worldwide.
THE DIFFERENCE YOU’LL MAKE:
As a key player in the Football Engine team, you’ll contribute at every stage of game development, helping to improve quality throughout the entire product lifecycle - from design to production. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Focus on quality from the beginning by participating and providing a QA perspective in all game-development phases
- Collaborate with your team members to determine the overall testing strategy
- Promote and influence the use of behavior/test-driven development by working with software developers and product managers
- Implement high-quality in-house test automation solutions and tools for functional, regression and performance testing within a continuous integration environment
- Analyse large scale data from the Football Engine systems both in production and development
- Monitor the health of live products in order to detect potential flaws in live games (user experience issues, cheats, exploits, bugs...)
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH:
- A cross-functional team of engineers, artists, analysts and game designers who are passionate about building high-quality football games
- You’ll collaborate with backend and client developers to ensure features are tested, stable, and ready for players
- You’ll also partner with product managers and other QA engineers to identify issues early and contribute to continuous improvements in our testing processes
WE ARE A MATCH, IF YOU:
- Have good understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, patterns, algorithms, and data structures
- Have a B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Have solid coding skills in Java and C#
- Have a good understanding of relational databases (i.e. Postgres)
- Are a team-player who enjoys taking part in new challenges
BONUS POINTS:
- Experience in software testing and automated testing techniques
- Familiarity with Unity game engine
- Knowledge of statistics and probability
