WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Provision, manage, and monitor cloud and on-premise solutions from Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Palo Alto, VMware, Dell, Apple, Zoom, etc.
- Partner with relevant stakeholders and explore the latest trends to evolve our IT infrastructure
- Implement and maintain user directories and device management solutions
- Implement and maintain security policies and solutions
- Implement and maintain backup and monitoring solutions
- Be in charge of hardware and software procurement and management
- Deliver flawless IT experience to our employees, empowering them to use our tools and technologies with minimal support
- Engage in constant research and exploration to drive innovations in your field of expertise
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- BSc in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 3+ years of experience in a professional environment.
- Strong knowledge of directory services and protocols (e.g. AD, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with device management solutions like Jamf, Intune, SCCM, Google Workspace, Workspace One, etc.
- Knowledge of virtualization and storage platforms
- Strong problem-solving and improvement mindset - you don’t waste time fixing the same issue twice
- Proactive interest in the latest technology trends
- Great interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical peers
- Team player willing to share and transfer knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
