WHY WE NEED YOU:
Are you the kind of leader who energizes teams, brings clarity amidst chaos, and thrives on making complex projects happen?
Do you naturally create alignment, drive momentum, and solve problems before they become blockers?
If so, you might be the person we’re looking for.
We’re powering up our Production team and looking for proactive, strategic Producers to help our game and engine teams deliver exceptional results — not just on time, but with purpose, quality, and impact.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Lead cross-functional teams through complex projects from concept to live operations, ensuring they deliver at quality, on time, and in alignment with broader goals
- Own the delivery strategy - proactively define plans, track progress, manage risks, and adapt approaches as context shifts
- Bring clarity and direction to the team, creating focus and structure without stifling creativity or momentum
- Drive effective decision-making by connecting the right people, asking the right questions, and keeping trade-offs visible
- Partner with discipline leads (e.g., Game Design, Engineering, Art, QA, Marketing) and other Producers to continuously evolve how the team works - making us faster, smarter, and more aligned
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, always looking for the next opportunity to unlock progress or improve collaboration
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3+ years of experience leading complex product or game development projects with a deep understanding of the full production lifecycle
- Solid grasp of technical concepts and development processes across multiple disciplines
- Proficiency in production methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
- Skilled with tools like Jira, Miro, G Suite, and Slack - not just as a user, but as someone who can shape team workflows and visibility
- Strong leadership presence with excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
BONUS POINTS:
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Certified in Agile methodologies
- Proven track record of building and launching mobile games, with a solid grasp of the business and market side of development
- Passion for football and ideally some knowledge of how it connects to game design or audience engagement
- Experience designing and facilitating effective cross-functional workshops or retrospectives
