Community / Belgrade

Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

Founded in 2010, Nordeus is the Belgrade-based games studio behind Top Eleven, the world’s most successful mobile sports game.

Self-funded, we have big ambitions and a fiercely independent mindset. We’re fueled by our dream to create competitive games, and enable millions of people around the globe to be champions. Proud of where we’re from, we’re putting Belgrade on the world’s gaming map.

Being 100% independent, we have the freedom and flexibility to invest in our community in extraordinary ways and are looking for a strategic philanthropist to lead our giving back efforts. Since our inception we have been focused on improving the community and are proud to have been a part of a number of remarkable initiatives. We’ve invested substantial resources into furthering the welfare and happiness of people around us, especially through our investments in health and education of local youth. We’re so proud of what we’ve achieved and the difference we’ve made… so far. That was just the start, and we’re planning to do so much more… with your help!

We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic CSR Manager to lead our giving back efforts and help us develop our community and giving back vision for the future. You will harvest the enthusiasm of our amazing people and wisely manage our resources to create the highest possible impact for our community and environment.

The CSR manager will report to the Chief People Officer and work very closely with our senior leadership, PR and People teams, as well as everyone else - we all want to be a part of it!

What will you do as the Nordeus CSR Manager?

  • Define and develop the strategies which underpin our ambitious CSR objectives.
  • Come up with ideas, develop programs and lead projects designed to have a positive impact on our environment and local communities.
  • Partner up with other community-minded organizations to implement and coordinate a range of activities and initiatives.
  • Tell everyone about it! You will represent our CSR endeavours both internally and outside of Nordeus. You’ll raise awareness of our commitment to CSR and inspire other companies, organizations and media to join the cause.

What skills will you need to excel at this role?

  • Project management is one of your strong points. You’re able to work with multiple stakeholders and partners, and manage a number of projects and initiatives at the same time, while keeping everyone looped in and engaged.
  • A natural communicator, you can convey your message with ease, and in a concise and coherent way while staying within the brand guidelines (in both Serbian and English)
  • You’re able to establish and maintain strong and meaningful relationships with co-workers and partners, grow your area of influence through building and leveraging your professional network.
  • You have experience in external / internal communication or public relations, and you don’t mind if we take some photos or footage.
  • Last, but not the least - giving back is your passion! You strive to leave a footprint in other people’s lives and make a positive impact on the community.

If, from reading this, you got chills, this might just be the perfect job for you! We’d be delighted to meet you and talk some more. Send us your CV and any additional files or work samples you’d like us to look at, and we’ll be getting in touch very soon!
